Fran is knowledgeable and eager to make a deal that's good for your business. He will ask exactly what you are looking for, and send you info on just those things. I'm a new owner, so he was very helpful in explaining why I should look at commercial properties as well as residential. He asked me a very good question about potential development of a property which made the property that much more attractive. Fran shoots straight. He has a very high integrity, and is completely dedicated to keeping his word. For example, he offered to be my property manager in addition to helping me purchase a property, and got that all set up within a week! His responsiveness stands out. For example, he happened across a guy renting a shed in my property and called me immediately to let me know and determine how I wanted to proceed. He prefers to overcommunicate, and calls with updates on communications with tenants, and he is a joy to work with. He works hard for you and is willing to go to bat for you. I highly recommend him!
